The Kindness Campaign.
Headed up by Joe Emory, the Hot Topic Foundation is an organization that believes in helping young people express their individuality. They do so much for young people, and they support the work we do to help normalize emotional health for our preteen and teen learners. Over the last ten years, they’ve given nearly 9 million in grants to nonprofit organizations that create music and arts programs for young people across the country – at schools and beyond. And at our PSA premier event with AMC Theaters this August, Joe was right there with us, supporting these young people as they pursue their dreams. We love standing shoulder-to-shoulder with organizations committed to making a difference in the lives of young people.
TKC teamed up with Erin Condren to create an amazing I AM ENOUGH PetitePlanner just in time for back-to-school season! In an age of inspirational memes, quotes, and messages, this journal helps young people generate their own empowering messages, taking the concepts of emotional health and making them powerfully relevant to their own lives.
We joined forces with Bryan Anthonys, who created the I AM ENOUGH charm in our honor. This beautiful charm kicks off an entire I AM ENOUGH Collection with Bryan Anthonys, and – exciting news – after a VERY fast sell-out, the I AM ENOUGH charm is back in-stock!
Bryan Anthony will donate 10% of sales of The I AM ENOUGH Collection to The Kindness Campaign, to support our positive and accessible tools for emotional health. We hope it will be a reminder that today and everyday, you are enough, just the way you are.
The Kindness Campaign is honored to have partnered with AMC Theaters on a Public Service Announcement that aired before all movies in AMC Theaters during back-to-school season, across the United States! This project is so special to us because it speaks to the core message TKC was founded upon: that each and every one of us is ENOUGH. We are beyond thankful to have the incredible support of AMC Cares as we work to spread kindness nationwide.
Lisa J is more than just a YouTube star, she’s turned her passion for beauty into a mission of kindness. Her beauty brand, BK Beauty, recently launched a line of makeup brushes and a portion of each sale goes to The Kindness Campaign. Not only are we grateful to have her support and partnership, we are so proud to see the success of her business. It shows how much of an important connection she is making with people around the world of social media.
Jennifer Kassel is the owner of the Austin-based company Understated Leather, who we’ve teamed up with on a campaign to share kindness. These limited edition Build You Up Buttercup T-Shirts are part of a partnership that we are so proud of, and all proceeds from the sale of this tee go to TKC! But their support doesn’t stop there. Understated Leather also participated in our Kind Shop at the Back to School Fest, and a portion of the proceeds benefited TKC as well.
