Andra Liemandt is the founder and CEO of The Kindness Campaign (TKC), a nonprofit that creates and provides accessible emotional health curriculum and programs to both children and adults in homes and classrooms. She is also the founder of KindMusic, an educational platform that combines songwriting and emotional health, while providing work opportunities for independent musicians. Finally, she is the creator of KindGym, a microlearning app launching 2022 that teaches emotional health skills and regulation.
Since its founding in 2015, TKC has served over 187,000 children and adults with in-depth, hands-on curriculum and programming. But through partnerships with organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs, National Charity League, AMC Theatres, Nordstrom, Bumble, Bryan Anthonys, Goodside Health, Kendra Scott, Just Keep Livin’ Foundation, Girl Scouts of America, and SXSW, thousands more have been impacted by TKC across the country. TKC’s signature activation, Enoughie’s Magic Mirror, has traveled the nation: from Top of the Rock in NYC, to Mall of America, to Lady Gaga concerts. In 2021 alone, TKC raised enough funds to gift 60 Texas elementary schools with Kind Kits: full-year SEL (social emotional learning) curriculum, impacting over 35,000 children in the 2021-22 school year. The majority of these recipients were Title 1 schools.
Now a national speaker on kindness, Andra has given keynote addresses for AT&T and IBM conferences, Paul Mitchell Schools nationwide, National Charity League, University of Texas Men’s Basketball, Google Giving Festival, and FYLI – World Logic Day 2021. She is a forthcoming panelist for SXSW 2022, speaking on the Music & Innovation track.
Currently, Andra is on the advisory board of Baylor Scott & White Health, and previously served on the Girl Scouts of Central Texas Women of Distinction Committee. In 2018, she joined the board of the GRAMMY Museum, and in 2021, she was selected to spearhead the Texas Chapter Education Committee of the GRAMMY Recording Academy. Also in 2021, she was selected to join the SwiftArc Beauty Council.
As a fervent supporter of the arts, Andra is passionate about developing programs that expand access to music education, while providing work opportunities for independent musicians. When she’s not working or advocating, she’s spending time with her family and friends in Austin, Texas.

After suffering the loss of a dear family friend — a child, age 12 — to suicide, TKC Founder and CEO Andra Liemandt started a conversation with her own children about feelings and emotions. Their process inspired Andra to create a rudimentary “feelings journal.” Several printed copies and graphic design trials later, she took them to her daughter’s classroom. When the principal requested journals for the whole school — and soon, for four more campuses — a new nonprofit was born. The Kindness Campaign officially launched in 2015. Under Andra’s leadership, TKC’s reach grew from five schools to 82 in two years, and today, serves over 40,000 students.
Over the past two years, the organization has partnered with Erin Condren, Bumble, KIND Bars, Dell Inc., Nordstrom, and Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation to bring TKC’s tools and on-site programming to children and adults nationwide.

Enoughie’s Magic Mirror’s mission is part of the essential pillar of nurturing a positive self-image. Through this unique interactive experience, a participant will be offered a moment of introspection and encourages emotional awareness. Magic happens when we can feel seen, truly deeply seen. Especially seen by our own selves.
Ileana has personally been doing deep inner work for more than a decade. During her studies, she discovered the idea of using a mirror as a tool to unlocking her truth and to help her enhance and grow her sense of self. Because of this, she is passionate about supporting others at a young age to do the same. And as a mother, it has become her most important job.

Ed Ponikvar’s career started with bridging families and educators of some of the nation’s largest urban districts to embrace innovations in K-12 public education. Ed’s career evolved from training teachers to mentoring district leaders through workshops guided by State Governor initiatives. Ed held various roles during his career in education as Trainer, Service Team Leader, Intervention Specialist, Regional Marketing Manager, Regional Vice President and National Director of Education. He prides himself on always placing the child central in all discussions. Ed is adept when addressing best practice curriculum, assessment, tutoring, credit recovery, ESL and Spectrum Disorders. Recently certified by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Ed is sensitive to the issues related to cyber security and suicide intervention passionately supporting At-Risk student situations.
Drawn to the diversity and culture, Ed moved his family from the North East to Houston Texas. A product of rural upbringing, he became involved in public land advocacy. Nominated by the USDA he served as Chairman of the Board remaining as a Director of the Sam Houston Trails Coalition for two terms. Implementing various protocols and programs, Ed secured solvency successfully managing over 2 million in grants to closure. Through an innovative Visual Volunteer Management System, Ed overcame compliance and cultural challenges. Inspiring an all volunteer team, the failing charity was reclassified from bankruptcy to progressive as measured through profit and safe works using industrial equipment. Annually surpassing $1,000,000 in operational efficiency, civilians now operate absent supervision in addressing severe erosion caused by record weather events.
In 2020 Ed founded Knowledge Point Network, a 501c3 charity as an ecosystem stewardship culture inspired to thank Military Combat Veterans, First Responders and their families with priority. Ed’s purpose is found in providing access to Natural Forest and the physical activity of play blended with stewardship. KPN mitigates impact by getting things done while having fun on fragile soils across the region. Ed’s experience in K-12 and unique nurturing spirit will accelerate The Kindness Campaign’s mission as it creates positive, accessible tools to build emotional health at home and in the classroom.
Enoughie Buddy (“E” for short!) is the official mascot of The Kindness Campaign! E has special antennae to help them understand other people’s feelings, as well as their own. Look for Enoughie Buddy all throughout TKC’s curriculum, and spreading joy, hugs and high fives at our events!
