The Kindness Campaign® Expands Leadership Team

Founded in 2015 by Andra Liemandt, The Kindness Campaign® (TKC) was created with a mission to create and spread accessible emotional health tools to classrooms and homes. By partnering with teachers, creatives, and other experts in the emotional and mental health field, TKC has become a leading nonprofit, providing tools to thousands of children and families.

Stacy Ehrlich: Chief Development Officer
Stacy Ehrlich joins TKC as its first-ever Chief Development Officer. With over 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and fundraising, Stacy holds her CFRE certification and is deeply rooted in the Central Texas philanthropic community. Her expertise comes at a pivotal time for TKC as the organization continues to expand its reach and enhance its programs. Stacy’s leadership will be instrumental in securing the resources needed to support TKC’s growing initiatives, ensuring long-term sustainability.

Jennifer Lyon: Program Director
After recently retiring from Lake Travis ISD, Jennifer Lyon steps into her role as TKC’s new Program Director. With a background rich in SEL and education experience, Jennifer’s knowledge and expertise will drive the continued development of TKC’s programming. Her years in education equip her with a unique understanding of what students, teachers, and communities need to thrive emotionally—a perfect fit for TKC’s mission.

Looking Ahead: World Kindness Day and Beyond
As World Kindness Day approaches on November 13, The Kindness Campaign® (TKC) is preparing for an exciting celebration with new initiatives aimed at inspiring kindness on a global scale. This year, TKC is expanding its reach to over 60,000 schools worldwide, partnering with 120 schools and organizations. As part of this effort, TKC invites the community to take an active role by sponsoring entire schools or classrooms.

Impact: Past and Future
Since its inception, TKC has touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of children and families through its hands-on programming and SEL curriculum. As the organization scales its efforts, the goal is to increase impact, reaching even more communities and equipping the next generation with the tools they need to navigate their emotional health journey. 

With a strengthened leadership team and exciting plans on the horizon, The Kindness Campaign® is entering its next chapter of growth—one marked by greater impact.
